Canceling your subscription
We're sorry to see you go! Here's everything you need to know about canceling your Kivly subscription.
How to cancel
On the website
- Go to kivly.org and sign in
- Click your profile icon → Settings
- Navigate to Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm
On the mobile app
- Open the Kivly app
- Tap Profile → Settings
- Select Subscription & Billing
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
Through app stores
If you subscribed through Apple or Google:
Apple App Store
- Open Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
- Select Kivly
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Google Play Store
- Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions
- Select Kivly
- Tap Cancel Subscription
What happens after cancellation
Immediate access
- You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period
- All features remain available during this time
After billing period ends
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- Premium content becomes locked
- Your data and progress are preserved
Alternatives to canceling
Pause your subscription
Not ready to cancel? Pause for 1-3 months instead.
Downgrade to Free
Keep using Kivly with limited features.

Having issues? Contact us before canceling.
Refund policy
We offer refunds in specific cases:
- Billing errors
- Unauthorized charges
- Technical issues preventing app use
- Within 7 days of first subscription (one-time only)
Contact support to request a refund review.
Data after cancellation
What's kept:
- Account information
- Activity history
- Progress data
- Community posts
What's deleted (after 90 days of inactivity):
- Payment information
- Premium content saves
