How to upgrade your subscription
Ready to unlock the full Kivly experience? Here's how to upgrade your plan.
Upgrading from Free to Premium
On the website
- Sign in to your account
- Click Upgrade button (top right)
- Select Premium or Premium Plus
- Choose billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Enter payment information
- Click Complete Upgrade
On mobile app
- Open Kivly app
- Tap Profile → Upgrade
- Select your plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete payment through app store
- Access premium features immediately
Upgrading from Premium to Premium Plus
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade to Premium Plus
- Review plan features
- Confirm upgrade
- Pay prorated difference
- Schedule your first coaching session!
