How to upgrade your subscription

Ready to unlock the full Kivly experience? Here's how to upgrade your plan.

Upgrading from Free to Premium

On the website

1. Sign in to your account
2. Click Upgrade button (top right)
3. Select Premium or Premium Plus
4. Choose billing cycle (monthly or annual)
5. Enter payment information
6. Click Complete Upgrade

On mobile app

1. Open Kivly app
2. Tap Profile → Upgrade
3. Select your plan
4. Choose monthly or annual billing
5. Complete payment through app store
6. Access premium features immediately

Upgrading from Premium to Premium Plus

1. Go to Settings → Subscription
2. Click Upgrade to Premium Plus
3. Review plan features
4. Confirm upgrade
5. Pay prorated difference
6. Schedule your first coaching session!

Immediate access:

First billing:

• Charged immediately upon upgrade
• Prorated if switching from existing paid plan
• Next billing cycle starts from upgrade date

Free trial eligibility

New users:

• 14-day free trial for Premium/Premium Plus
• No credit card required
• Cancel anytime during trial
• Auto-converts to paid after trial

Existing users:

• Trial only available once per account
• Immediate billing if previously trialed
• Contact support for special circumstances

What happens to my Free plan data?

Everything is preserved:

• Activity history remains
• Progress tracking continues
• Goals stay active

Common questions

Can I switch between monthly and annual? Yes! Change anytime in subscription settings. Billing adjusts on next cycle.
