Data sync and wearable connection issues

Resolve syncing problems between Kivly app, devices, and wearables.

Data not syncing between devices

Check internet connection

  • Ensure both devices online
  • Try different network
  • Disable VPN temporarily

Force manual sync

Mobile: Pull down on dashboard to refresh

Web: Click sync icon or hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)

Sign out and back in

  1. Sign out on problematic device
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Sign back in
  4. Check if data syncs
