Your dashboard displays:
- Today's recommendations - Personalized activities for today
- Quick stats - At-a-glance progress metrics
- Recent activity - Your latest completed exercises
- Upcoming goals - Milestones you're working toward
- Community highlights - Featured posts and challenges
Dashboard sections
Daily Recommendations
What you'll see:
- 3-5 suggested activities tailored to your goals
- Estimated time for each activity
- Difficulty level indicators
- Why each activity was recommended
How to use it:
- Tap any activity to start immediately
- Swipe to see more recommendations
- Bookmark activities for later
- Skip activities that don't fit today
Wellness Snapshot
Key metrics displayed:
- Current streak (consecutive days active)
- This week's activity count
- Overall wellness score
- Progress toward monthly goals
Understanding the snapshot:
- Green indicators = on track or improving
- Yellow = slight decline, needs attention
- Red = significant concern, take action

- Tap the Customize icon (top right)

Reorder sections
- Enter edit mode (Customize → Edit Layout)
