Understanding your wellness dashboard

Your dashboard is your command center for wellness. Here's how to make the most of it.

Dashboard overview

Your dashboard displays:

  • Today's recommendations - Personalized activities for today
  • Quick stats - At-a-glance progress metrics
  • Recent activity - Your latest completed exercises
  • Upcoming goals - Milestones you're working toward
  • Community highlights - Featured posts and challenges

Dashboard sections

Daily Recommendations

What you'll see:

  • 3-5 suggested activities tailored to your goals
  • Estimated time for each activity
  • Difficulty level indicators
  • Why each activity was recommended

How to use it:

  • Tap any activity to start immediately
  • Swipe to see more recommendations
  • Bookmark activities for later
  • Skip activities that don't fit today

Wellness Snapshot

Key metrics displayed:

  • Current streak (consecutive days active)
  • This week's activity count
  • Overall wellness score
  • Progress toward monthly goals

Understanding the snapshot:

  • Green indicators = on track or improving
  • Yellow = slight decline, needs attention
  • Red = significant concern, take action

Activity Feed

Shows your recent:

  • Completed mindfulness sessions
  • Physical wellness activities
  • Community interactions
  • Achievement unlocks

Interacting with the feed:

  • Tap items to see details
  • Share achievements to community
  • Revisit favorite activities
  • View activity history

Goal Progress

Tracks:

  • Primary wellness goals
  • Daily/weekly targets
  • Long-term milestones
  • Completion percentages

Visual indicators:

  • Progress bars show completion status
  • Badges mark milestone achievements
  • Trend arrows show direction (↑ improving, → stable, ↓ needs attention)

Customizing your dashboard

Choose what you see

  1. Tap the Customize icon (top right)
  2. Toggle sections on/off:
    • Daily Check-in prompt
    • Wellness Snapshot
    • Community feed
    • Motivational quotes
    • Weather & outdoor activity suggestions
  3. Save your preferences

Reorder sections

  1. Enter edit mode (Customize → Edit Layout)
  2. Long-press and drag sections
  3. Arrange by priority
  4. Tap Done

Set preferences

Adjust what appears in recommendations:

  • Activity types - Enable/disable specific wellness dimensions
  • Duration - Filter by available time (5min, 15min, 30min+)
  • Difficulty - Match to your current energy level
  • Time of day - Morning energizers vs. evening wind-downs

Daily Check-in Widget

Quick mood & energy tracking:

  • 10-second daily assessment
  • Track without opening full app
  • Influences today's recommendations
  • Builds wellness data over time

How to use:

  1. Answer 2-3 quick questions
  2. Submit instantly
  3. See updated recommendations
  4. View mood trends over time

Streak Counter

Motivation through consistency:

  • Displays current streak
  • Shows longest streak
  • Celebrates milestones (7, 30, 100 days)
  • Recovery tips if streak breaks

Maintaining streaks:

  • Complete at least 1 activity daily
  • Daily check-in counts toward streak
  • 5-minute activities are sufficient
  • Grace period for travel/illness (contact support)
